    Fermentation, how long?

    so i'm currently making my first batch of Cider and it seems to be going pretty well, but what i'm wondering is how long should i let it ferment? its a 4 Gallon batch and has currently been fermenting for 4 days. So how much longer should i let it sit? i assume until the waterlock stops bubling...

    making cider with apple juice?

    so Christmass is comming up and i was planning on doing a repeat of the cider i made last year, however i dont live on an apple farm, and i dont see myself buying 100$ of Apples, so can i use Apples and cut it With apple juce? i assume it would work but will the flavour of the apple juice affect...
