Hi everyone! Figured i'd start here and introduce myself.... Aside from helping my dad make apple wine many yonks ago, am pretty much all new to this whole brewing thing. Have acquired myself a pretty sizeable amount of apples, and (hopefully) all the kit i need to make myself some cider...
