    Adding Cascade leaf hops to Nut brown Ale kit

    This will be my 10th or 12th extract kit brew. My setup is only one gallon. Tight for room with several gallons of country wines in process. This is my first year harvesting my Cascade hops. I want to add them to the extract kit, but when? Thanks

    First Mead

    This is my first mead, 4 extract beer brews completed. I used 3 1/4 lbs. of mixed honeys, 1 Orange blossom, 1 wildflower, 1 clover, 1/4 of a local, for a 1 gallon batch. Wyeast 4184, one packet of Fermaid, OG was 10.80? Sound close? My eyes aren't what they used to be. Looked like it would...
