    I need help!

    So I have been very neglectful and have completely forgotten about my brewing Kombucha! It has been brewing for a little over a month now and a huge, thick SCOBY has grown on top of my baby SCOBY. It doesn't appear to be moldy, can I still use it? Need help, I don't want to waste it!
