    Brew Hauler straps slipping and carboy smashing

    Hi, I had a glass carboy shatter and cut me really badly when the handles of the Brew Hauler slid and the carboy slipped out and smashed everywhere. The handles are designed to slide, quite unbelievably. I'm curious to know if something similar has happened to anyone else on this forum...
