    Question about bottling wine kit.

    I made a wine expert merlot. It was ready to bottle early September, but do to life issues, did not get done. Now three and a half months later, I am ready to bottle. Should I add any additional chemicals, or just bottle as Is? I do Not have a sulfate test kit. Thanks, Gene

    When to know fermentation is done?

    I brewed this milk stout on Sunday afternoon. 24 hours later it had a nice perk in the airlock at 64 degrees.
