    Degassing before bottling

    Making a white wine from a kit. I completed waiting period after fining. The wining was super clear. I took a sample to test for CO2. Still got a good hiss of gas from shaking the sample. I decided to give it a little stir to drive out more gas but also stirred up the lees. Now it's cloudy...

    Amount of sugar for priming.

    Making a small batch of high test cider. Should come out at about 9% Abv when she's done. Only making a gallon as a test batch but not sure of the amount of priming sugar to use to carbonate.
