Hey, anybody have any beer, bar, or brewery recommendations to check out in Chicago. I'll be going for a few days at the end of the month. Was planning on checking out half acre and lagunitas.
So I recently bought a couple chest freezers one for kegs one for fermentation. Still waiting on a temp controller for the ferm chamber. My question is if I dropped the temp of my keezer to fermentation temps would that ruin the keg of beer I have in there? It would only be for a couple of days...
