    Calculating IBU when AA is a range.

    I am trying to calculate the IBU of a Pilsner recipe. The hop package list the AA as a range, Example - Check Saaz The listed AA 2.9 - 5.0 % Similarly the Parle hops have an AA range of 7.0 - 9.5 % What number do I use in the calculator? Low median or high? Your thoughts?
