Hop goodness gone after 1 month in keg

So this is my first time kegging. I made a Citra/MO SMASH that I had dry hopped. Now after a month in the keg, I'm my opinion the hop flavors have fallen off. I'm thinking of opening up the keg and dropping in a tea infuser ball with an ounce of Citra. The beer is still good I just miss it's...

    My Maris Otter/ Citra SMASH

Two firsts for me on this brew. First time brewing on my new BIAB setup and first time kegging. I made a few mistakes that I'll solve for next time, but all in all it came out really well! I was going for a pale ale but with my mistake on the first addition, I'll call it a Session IPA! 12 lb...

Any tips for culturing commercial yeast?

I'm try to culture Bell's house ale strain of yeast for a future brew. This is the first bit of yeast from one can and I have three more cans. I plan to step it up with some low gravity wort. Any tips? I don't have a stir plate, is this still possible?

    Fermentation chamber and Keezer build

Just picked up the below chest freezer yesterday! I've been brewing one gallon batches and want to get into 5 gallon batches and kegging. My plan is to ferment and then use it as a keezer between fermentations. Now I need to order a ITC-1000F off of amazon to build a temp controller! I live in...

    Favorite Hop Combinations for APA/IPA

What are your favorite hop combinations? I am starting to build my own recipes and I am looking at how hops pair with each other. I have mainly been brewing single hop IPAs and I have used centennial, chinook, warrior and citra. I was doing this to learn about each hops character. Centennial...

    15 min pale ale

Anyone given this a try? It sounds easy and I'm thinking citra would be a great hop to try this with. "15-Minute American Ale 5 gallon batch 6 lbs. Light Dry Malt Extract 1 lb. 60 L Crystal Malt 2 oz. Simcoe Pellets (or your favorite American hop) – 15 minutes 1 oz. Simcoe Pellets – 5 minutes...
