So I decided to add about a half oz of juniper (spontaneous addition not in the recipe) berries to my mash last week and yesterday when I racked the beer to its secondary fermenter I couldn't really taste it. Should I have used more? Or add it into the boil next time maybe? Or possibly cut back...
