    I am looking to make my first batch one gallon batch of hard cider (apple) and I'd like to try a store-bought brand of cider the first time around. Do you have a recommendation for brand(s) and a recipe for an easy, first time batch? I am an Amazon shopper and they seem to sell yeasts online...
