A local winery made this, and it was good as hell. Asked them for the recipe, and of course they gave me the political correct answer for, “No!” Does anybody have an ideal of how to brew something like this?
I did a 1 gallon batch of hard Apple cider, using store bought juice. No additives, straight juice, combine with some plain sugar, and some brown sugar. I used a WYEast yeast, fermented for about 2 weeks, and bottled.
