    cider in Seconary resumed fermentation

    My cider has resumed fermenting in secondary after about a week and half. It's a slow bubbling and I'm wondering if anyone had any ideas as to why this is happening?

    I recently have gotten into brewing cider and I am looking for a good recipe for backsweetening the stuff.
