    Question about my first brew and its OG and FG

    So I picked up the Milky Way Stout kit from hombrewusa and had no issues throughout brewday that I can recall. However my OG was a bit low at 1.53 and my FG was 1.32.     Starting my fermentation chamber build

    Found the typical CL minifridge for 40$...but neglected to measure it prior to purchase and it is about 1 inch too small for my plastic carboy. Bummer, but I was planning on expending it out to hold 2 carboys at once anyways so no big deal. Hopefully I will be using this thread as a running...
