    Mash today, boil tomorrow

    Anyone know why this is not a good idea? FYI, im considering mashing Friday night and boiling Sat. night. I would cool the wort before storing for the night..... Actually not something I want to do, but the idea of "what if" has crossed my mind. Thanks

    bottle carb after seconday

    This is something I dont remember and although I intend on switching over to kegging soon, I want to know the answer. If racking into a secondary fermenter and leaving behind the sediment and yeast, what happens when it comes to bottling. Will I still have enough live yeast to carb? Thanks
