    Just finished bottling half of my batch of cider ( tastes great :)) I've ran out of bottles and can't get out to get any is it fine to leave the rest in the bucket it fermented in or could I put in plastic screw top bottles. Also my first sg reading was 1037 my finished reading is 1.000 what...

    I've been asking why my cider had not cleared. Then remembered it's a mixed fruit cider home kit and the fruit was very dark when I added it so would it stay dark. Ive been wondering why if wouldn't clear and maybe it's not ment to.

    Hi I'm making a home cider kit from wilkos started it 5 weeks ago only bubbling once a day. Can I leave it in the sealed bucket to clear if so do I add the sugar which I would put in if bottling it. Hope that makes sense. There is 40 pints in the bucket.
