    Sweetness Problem

    I tried to make 6.5 gals of wine from concentrate and I sampled it last night and its way to sweet. SG 1.095 tested it last night 8 days later and its still at 1.060 the yeast has really slowed down. I really don't know what to do next i read about re-pitching a champagne yeast to dry it out is...

    Hello From PA

    I just brewed my first batch about a month ago and now i'm hooked. This weekend i will be doing my third batch. I find this hobby very relaxing and fun. I'm set up for all grain but have been doing extract until i learn a few things.
