    over-carbed

    Bottled a beer and just had a few. They open up like champagne! Probably about 5 minutes of foam come out. I must have put too much sugar when carbing....anything I can do? Any tricks to help or am I screwed? It was such a good beer too..I'd hate to waste it.

    DIPA...Failure?

    Hey all, I brewed a DIPA. It's my favorites style so was excited for this one. I suspect something went wrong though and trying pinpoint it. It does not seem as strong as a DIPA should be, it came out around 7% ABV. It's got a certain sweetnes to it, It might actually be the taste of malt...

    how much should a kegging setup cost?

    Hello, I am a beginner brewer and have only made about 4 batches thus far. I am already pretty sick of bottling and want to look into a keg setup. How much should one cost initially for just a standard setup? Also, any recommendations?

    Carboy erupted

    Brewed a Dipa last night and put into a Carboy. Just found the airlock popped off and the Carboy erupted trub, foam, and liquid all over. Any idea what happened and is it ruined? Any help would be appreciated!

    Cloudy sedimenty beer

    Hey all, I'm on my first batch . It's fermenting for 7 days. Gravity reading was 1.015 and it tasted pretty good. But it looks like heavily cloudy cider and even had sediment swirling around. Will this go away after bottling?
