    Added DME just after pitch due to screwup..is it toast?

    TIFU by forgetting to add 3lbs light DME to my beer. Recipe called for it to be added after flame-out at the end of the boil. I measured after cooling, pitching, and stirring and realised I was barely at 1.030. Recipe OG target is 1.063. My heart sank. Cant re-heat without killing the yeast...
