    Well this is kind of like the culmination of a few I have seen here and other places. I had this cooler already as the person I bought my stuff from was using it as a mashtun but I do BIAB. Anyways, here are the pictures Just mounted the CO2 tank with a fire extinguisher mount for $5

    Got my first batch brewing...

    As you can see here Question is. I don't want to bottle. Can I directly keg my beer if I go buy a 5 gallon keg and then force carbonate it for a week at 30psi then release pressure and turn PSI down to 10? Or... should I just set PSI to 10 and leave it for... 2 weeks? 3 weeks?
