    color change after bottling

    I brewed a belgian blonde ale that fermented out to about 1.012 with sacc. I then added Brett B, (from Orval dregs, Wyeast Brett B, and WY Trappist blend) which took it down to 1.000 pretty quickly. At bottling, the beer tasted great.
