    Small portion of beer

    What woulb be the best way to bring small portion of beer with me. I keg my beer, sometimes i will go visit my buddy about 3 hours drive away. Don't really want to bring a whole keg, what would be the best option to bring some with me?

    Adding sugar

    Started a Orchard Breezing Cranberry Chianti kit last night, usually I add about one cup of sugar befor putting the yeast in. Now I forgot to add the sugar, can I still add it tonight, stir it and i'll be ok. Or is it too late? THanks

    Should I rack

    Doing a 4 week wine kit, and i am a the bottleling point, the only thing i'm leaving tonight for about a week for work. Now can I leave it in the secondary for another week without any problems? Should I rack it one more time in an other secondary?

    Orchard Breezin

    Starsan

    Just wondering if I can use starsan to sanitize my wine equipement? I'm using sulphite right now for wine and starsan for beer, just tired of the sulphite fumes. So will using starsan and not rinsing affect my wine? Thanks

    wine kit help

    Started a wine kit last friday night, and I guess we were supposed to stir the batch everyday for 5 days. So i didnt do it the first 2 day, and did it today for the first time tonight. Could this affect anything, or should I keep it a couple days more befor transfering..? Thanks

    Interested in using Starsan for sanatizing, but can't really find it here. I'm from New Brunswick Canada, and all the local places don't carry it for some reason. Anyone know were I can get some from the net in Canada? Thanks

    Sulfite

    I use chlorine and Sulfite to sanitize my equipment. Now someone told me that when I wash with sulfite not to rinse it (just let it dry), and when I need the equipment again I can just rinse it and use it. Just wondering if I can realy do that?

    secondary and sunlight

    Hi, I'm new here and have a question. I just transfered my first batch of beer from my primary to my secondary. Now should I put it away from sunlight or is it ok? It is not directly into the sunlight, just normal day light.
