    Howdy from Louisiana!!!

    This is my first post. Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I have brewed 5 batches of partial mash..... hefeweizen and belgian wit. Gathering the equipment now for all-grain now and hopefully will start an all-grain breww in the next couple of weeks!
