    Reducing sweetness in an all grain brew.

    Brewed a Belgian Dark Strong 18 days ago, which took off guns (had to put a blowoff tube on it), and it's settled down to a steady fermentation. After 18 days settled down to about 15-18 seconds between burps, post boil OG 1.093 (supposed to be 1.102), and now 1.023 (FG should be 1.018). I'm ok...
