    First cider test batch

    Hello all, I did my first batch of cider a few days ago. The OG was 1.050 and fermentation started the same night. This morning all the sediment floated to the top, and most of it has stayed there. I used S05 yeast and a half oz galaxy hops for a little bitterness any suggestions? I
