    Ran out of dextrose what can i do

    I lost my bag of priming sugar. I had a little left over from last batch but it's not enough. How much table sugar can I use. I put about 1/3 cup dextrose in 4.5 gal of a light ale. It's sitting in the bottling bucket and I am ready for bottling

    What can I do with a gallon of beer and no bottles? Stella bottles won't fit my capper and that was half of my bottles

    Syrup and beer

    Can i add syrup to a wort at the last of boiling. Kinda like honey? Ive got tons of pears and i can make a pear syrup

    Pears in a beer?

    Yeah i have looked it up and there is nothing about doing it. Make a wine or perry or something like that. What about making a pear caramel or pear honey or something like that? Mix that into the wort or secondary. Is there a way to cook it down to a liquid malt like substance?

    Newbie questions

    Just got a honey brown beer kit. Hops are in a sealed bag. Do i need to put them in a fridge? Why does this instruction page say when your pouring it into a glass from the bottle to pour all but the last quarter inch into the glass?
