    Well last night I finally got to try my beer after it's been bottling for two weeks. It tasted a little yeasty. I wonder if thay will go away the longer it sites in the bottle?

    friday testing day

    Friday will be 2weeks my beer has been in carbonation. Time to try it out can't wait, I'll try one then keep letting it age and see it get better and better hopefully :). It was a kit beer I made octoberfest so there is no secrets I have to share unfortunately.

    fermenting process done

    My beer is done fermenting and I added the corn sugar and bottled last night. Three weeks from now I'll be trying out my October feat can't wait.

    waiting till bottleing day.

    Three days into fermatation, bubbling going good four more days till bottleing that is if the yeast is done working. Then two to three weeks till I get to try my Brew, cant wait.

    cooling wart problem

    This is my thirds homebrew I have done. It's a octoberfest and in the cooling of the wart I ended up sealing it off and pitching my yeast this morning because it got late and the wart was not cool enough. I kept it in a sealed up fermenter to cool overnight. Has anyone else done this? And did...
