    Citra IPA went wild

    I was transferring my all Citra IPA to keg today and noticed it looked funky on top. Used S-05, which I use often, and know that it normally does not look like it did today. Smelled it, and it smelled sour!!:ban: So I got it into keg and am carbing it up now. Not sure how the wild beasties got...
