    What happens if I stop my brew early?

    It's not something I am planning to do but theoretically if I stopped it early would it still be alcohol, just a lower concentration?

    My brew isn't showing activity

    It has been around 24 hours since I started brewing a batch of Hard Lemonade. The yeast seemed very active when I re-hydrated it but now there is no activity a all. The air lock hasn't budged and there are no bubbles what so ever. So I keep waiting or is the batch done for?
