    So I just finished kegging my beer for the first time (never going back to bottling) and I want it to carbonate as fast as possible. What psi should I set it at and for how long?

    55 gal mash ton false bottem?

    Im thinking about buying a 55 gal food grade plastic barrel and convert it to a mash ton, if anyone has used one, how do you like it? does it hold heat well? And do they make false bottems big enough?
