    Diacetly rest with Ringwood Ale yeast

    And so do you, probably. :) My name is Mike and I'm from Wilmington Delaware. I've been "brewing" for almost 3 years. The quotes are necessary because I've only brewed 3 batches in that timespan. Now that my boy is turning 1 and things are getting easier to handle, it's time to get back...
