    Opened early

    So... I opened a bottle early. The beer tastes alright but is completely flat! So, is it because I opened it only after 5 days because I am pretty sure I put enough sugar in the batch before bottling. Should I toss this batch or wait it out? Is this normal??

    So, I put my beer all into growlers last night for the last part of the process. Now, I am worried I didnt put enough sugar and I dont want flat beer. Is it possible, since it has only been in the growlers for a day to reopen them, boil some sugar, and put a little more in? I know you dont want...
