    Another first timer.

    OK. Picked and pressed about six gallons worth of apple juice this weekend. 2 half gallon glass jugs with about a teaspoon of dry lager yeast each and 5 gallons in a plastic carboy with a packet of champagne yeast. All three are bubbling nicely. I'm thinking I might have missed a few steps...

    Duluth Newbie

    After realizing 50 quarts of apple sauce is a bit excessive I'm going to try brewing some cider this year. Wish me luck.
