    Oatmeal Porter

    I brewed an Oatmeal Porter this past weekend. It called for 8oz of Black Patent & 4oz 120L Crystal and steep for 30 min and the addition of 5.5lbs of DME. For some reason unknown to myself, I decided to steep 16oz of 120L Crystal with the 8oz of BP. I'm just wondering what the outcome might be...

    Liquid Dip Tube

    I'm wondering if I should trim the dip tube on my Cornelius keg to avoid picking up sediment off the bottom? I'm a newby so go easy. haha
