Got this mr beer kit from my mom. Its done carbonating. I threw one in the freezer to try it. The pale ale tastes like a sweet Chardonnay.

Gould I be able to smell my beer coming out of the fermenter. Is it the pressure release valve releasing the smell. It's in my closet So I get a good scent coming out when I open the door. Thanks in advance for all help. Y'all rock

I I have a porter in a plastic fermenter. On top of the cap I have the pressure release thing on top. The water in the piece is bubbling. Does that mean my fermentation is active?

Just got a mr beer kit for my birthday a couple days ago. I'm interested in seeing how my first brew comes out being that I added cinnamon to the mix. I'm already thinking I'd like to start brewing from scratch. Can anyone give me a good start?
