    Brew trouble today, Gravity not high enough

    Dry hop in the Primary or Secondary?

    I'm still a huge noob so bare with me, please. The first couple brews I made I dry hopped with whole leafs in the primary. Now I'm reading that dry hopping is in the secondary. Which is it and why?
