Hello Brewers.
I tried to sun dry my wheat grains, but by two to three hours the grains had lost all their sweet scents. Is that normal. or did I destroy my grains. the outside temperature is neatly 42 c. nearly 100f.
And secondly its wheat so I really dint know how to deal with it.

Just starting to brew my own beer at home. And i am facing a lot of problems. I managed to germinate my wheat. But i dont know how to dry the wheat. And everytime i sun dried it the outside temp roasted the grain and it was completly spoilt. I was wondering should i dry the grains...
