    Over gased

    Forgive me if this is a dumb question but is it possible to over gas but still be under carbed?

    This may be a dumb question but you know how when you pour a beer from a bottle and you see bubbles rising in the glass. I get the bubbles when I bottle but when I keg I do not, but the beer seems carbonated when you drink it, maybe over carved, does that make sense?:mug:

    Carbonation

    Once the keg is carbonated how long will the beer stay carbonated with the gas not hooked up? I ask as I only have one tank but 2 locations for beer, home and cottage, so I'd need to travel with my tank.
