Just wondering how big a difference temperature is w/ the secondary fermentation in the bottle. I live in FL, and have a fridge for primary with a controller, but I am doing the secondary around 78-80 degrees. Thoughts????

OG was 1.052 (range of Brewers Best Dunkel 1.049-53), but FG was 1.02 at end of 9 days of fermentation. What happened? Just trying to learn for the future. Thanks guys, great forum.
