    tea leaves in the brew continued....

    Ok--so the tea has been fermenting for almost a week--the tea leaves that remained in the brew seen to have risen up to the top of the scoby and they look creamy white-ish. I don't think it's mold but it is hard to tell--it isn't fuzzy--at least from out side the jar it looks ok...

    tea leaves got in the brew! help!

    tea leaves got in the brew from a coffee filter fail--is it super bad--do i have to start over?? should i try to filter it out? its hard to tell how much tea got in there! Its only my 2nd batch so I would love to have an expert weigh in on this one!! thanks!!
