    Is there a list of which grain does what?

    I've been doing extract brewing for a few months now and really want to step it up to all grain brewing. Is there a list of different grains and what they taste like and/or do for the beer? I literally have no idea what the main differences are. Thanks!

    Super Stong Duclaw Colossus

    I froze my beer for more alcohol, but...

    I froze my beer for more alcohol, but since there's less water, the beer is thicker. The whole point is because alcohol has a lower freezing point than water and vice versa with melting. Since I froze it, I can drip the alcohol out, kinda like Brewdog did with their tactial nuclear penguin...
