Fantastic recipe! I am still relatively new to brewing, and was wondering if there would be an issue with using a clear alcohol to sterilize the watermelon juice, to make it like more of an extract? I know I saw that the alcohol in the beer should be good, I just want to make sure I keep it clean :)
