I just tasted my Mosaic Session IPA dry hopped with 2 oz of Wakatu and it is fantastic. Nice citrus flavor with a hint a lime. Tastes better than the Mosaic Session IPA dry hopped with 2 oz of Mosaic along side of it. I will use this hop again. :rockin:

Just curious if anyone else brewed with Wakatu recently or has an update. I picked up 2 oz to dry hop my Mosaic Session IPA with. After reading this thread it doesn't sound like I will get much from it.

This is a great beer. Just had one a few days ago. Lots of raisin flavor. Possibly from special b malts. Good luck taking a run at it. Any trials yet?
