    Skeleton Park Stout

I'm going to use the Nottingham Ale Yeast. All right, I was worried about adding too much Choc and Barley. Cool Thanks,

    Skeleton Park Irish Stout

Sorry about that. I'm going to have to reduce it 5 gallons of wort or 20 liters for space.

    Khaos In K Town IPA

Everything went all right with the brew. The only thing I did wrong was add water to the primary before the yeast to make it 6 gallons. I shouldn't have done that. It'll put all the readings off. Added .5-to a gallon of water. Live and learn. What I did find is All grain isn't as hard as I...

    Khaos In K Town IPA

This is very helpful. I've dropped the Crystal 60 to 1lb. I'm using 60 because I have some from another brew. I've also settled on Victory Malt instead of Rye and EK Goldings for hops to give it a Brit feel. Being from Kingston, it's a British thing :) I'm so glad about the Mash Tun, I was...

I have a question. Preparing to go all grain and my question is, I have 11.5 lbs of grain. Should my Strike water be 18 qts based on 1.25 qts per pound? My Sparge water should be 14 qts. Am I on the right track? I have a 5 gallon cooler Mash Tun. Thanks, Mark

Whats your favorite hop/ combination ?

I'm trying Chinook in the boil with Warrior flame out. .5 ounces Warrior/ .5 ounces Perle for dry hop in my IPA

    Hops, hops and hops

Anyone try blending Warrior with Perl as a dry hop. Making an Ipa and I boiled with Chinook and flamed out with Warrior. Thinking of 1/2 ounce of Warrior and 1/2 ounce of Perl in secondary. What do you think? Mark

Hey Gang, I'm new to Homebrewing and just made my third batch this year. I love the process and almost enjoy brewing more than drinking the beer. I posted my latest creation in the General Discussion area called,"Limestone ESB' I'm excited to try it in a few weeks. So far so good! ---Mark
