    Favorite/Worst Cheap Beer?

I like to keep some Yuengling Golden Ale on hand. The worst is Butternuts Pork Slap Pale Ale. I bought a sixer and could only manage 1/2 a can before dumping it & the rest. I tried it on tap once and it was so bad, the bartender didn’t charge me for it.

    FG 1.000 and Unfermentable Sugars

I recently brewed a saison with Mangrove Jack’s M29 French Saison yeast which went down to 1.000. On a different note, you mentioned that your Tilt wasn’t as reliable for OG readings as for FG readings. I’ve had the same experience as well, mine is consistently 6-10 points lower than readings...

    Chocolate mead anyone?

Reviving an old thread, has anyone tried Cholaca in a mead? I know it’s used by many breweries in their beers containing chocolate.

    So who's brewing this weekend?

Following a comment from this thread from several years ago that the only difference between a Pilsner and a patersbier is the yeast strain, I brewed a pils on Christmas Eve and brewed the patersbier today. I used the exact same grain bill & hopping schedule with the only difference being the...
