    Turned out prety good. Here she is about 1 month post-bottling. Nice Orange nose, orange aftertaste. Cascade comes in nicely. Great recipe !

    My version: Mosaic/Falconers Flight/Amarillo/Centennial (Didn't have all the original hops on hand) Turned damn nice. Color could be better.

    Looks tasty. Didnt have rapid acces to the yeast so went with Nottingham X 2 (just in case) Hopefully will turn out good. Oh, also subbed Galaxy for Azacca(Didnt have any galaxy)
