    It's a copper ale and it was stored properly, temp controlled and out of the light. I think I'll bottle it up and give it a look to see if it's got anything growing haha

    this is only my second time brewing and what actually happend was there was a layer of foam and it just shot up. I took it off heat then put it back on once settled and got it too a boil then added the hops and now its boiling, gunna take it off at 830

    After you sanitize your bottles, do you guys rinse? and if you dont have a bottle tree, do you just let them sit out in the open untill they dry, or do you just fill them up still wet inside?

    yea its an ale, i got the AC goin in my appartment to keep the beer at about 70. Hopefully it turns out good ill let you guys know
