    RO systems cost effective?

Dear Mr. Goose A quick note to thank you for all the work you’ve done in this area and for taking the time to put it on this forum. It’s really helpful for all of us. Hi, I just finished my last one and already I miss it. Great malt base; hops right in there; gotta get more. Can't afford a trip to San Diego, so asking if anyone has a clone recipe they would share. I searched the site and found three reference numbers, but nothing really about the beer...

We provide free beer and are currently going through 3 kegs/week

hey there, just charge a buck a beer and 1] fewer people will imbibe, and 2] it will pay for the other chest. probably nothing in the "rules" say you MUST provide free beer-- you're simply doing it as a favor. Hell's bells, I'd pay a buck for a decent beer any day

    Need help !!!

If it were me, I'd make the liquor and then add it back to some grape juice. What are you using for fermentables? Sugar? do you have access to other things like honey? as an experiment I think I would try dates-- lots of sugar there and can be mixed with common sugar to lighten. go with a...
