    Sam's Choice Sparkling Cider

    Mine fermented to 1.008, but it certainly isnt 'clear.' Bottling tomorrow hopefully! I tasted it, and it has a nice apple taste to it even now, but im hoping the juice i use to prime with (not sure yet..) adds to it!

    Bottle/Six pack storage

    Im looking for a method of storing my six packs of bottles, full or empty. Basically, I want to get a bunch of the boxes that hold Four- six packs of beer, the same kind companies use to ship them, except blank.. I cant get them from the package store or bars because they use them for their own...

    Beer Equipment -> Wine Equipment

    Hello.. After Homebrewing beer for a while, I'd like to get into Wine, also... I see these "Upgrade kits" at AHS, but Im curious if that is a 'permanent' upgrade.. I would still like to make beer. It seems one would just need a larger fermenter, a corker and corks, and wine bottles...

    Fruit Beer watermelon wheat

    I poured one cup at a time into my secondary, but I lost count at either 4 or 5.. so I poured in another 1/2 cup.. so I either ended up with 4-1/2 cups or 5-1/2 cups.. either way it looks really red and really delicious!

    Fruit Beer watermelon wheat

    I did get a seedless one. I tried blending a piece of watermelon last night, and i tried to run it through my funnel/strainer combo, and it clogged almost immediately. perhaps the strainer was too fine.. ill try a paint strainer! thanks!
